The importance of our work

Your donation will help us continue vital research to improve diagnosis and treatment of mesothelioma, and support patients and families impacted. Our dedicated team of specialist doctors, scientists and researchers are focused on biomarker discovery-based research to develop and measure new and improved diagnostic strategies to enable a more effective mesothelioma diagnosis for individuals with a prior history of asbestos exposure. This could lead to a new minimally-invasive, early and accurate diagnosis of mesothelioma, that will allow for early treatment options – before disease onset or at the very early stage of disease development. Having a clinical element to ADDRI means we can translate this research into real-life healthcare improvements.
